Licensed, Permitted, and Done to Code

Licensed: Paul is a Suffolk County licensed Master Plumber, MP-72538.

Permitted: Boiler swaps, water heater replacements, gas lines, and oil to gas conversions need permits. We file them with the Town of Brookhaven, or with the village if you live in one, like Port Jefferson.

To code: Water heaters get the expansion tank, gas drip leg, and relief valve piping the code calls for. Gas lines get pressure tested and bonded.

We'll also tell you what we don't do. We don't pump cesspools. That's a job for a licensed cesspool company. We don't do annual backflow (RPZ) testing either. If either one turns out to be your problem, we'll tell you straight and point you in the right direction.
